Our Mission
Our mission is aligned with the National CCRA and shared among the other Chapters of the CCRA - to preserve and promote the history and traditions of the U.S. Army Chemical Corps, while supporting the Soldiers and families of the Chapter; maintaining the chapter legacy, enabling mentorship, networking, professional development, and providing community outreach from Fort Hood, Texas, through our local communities, and across the State of Texas.
Our Legacy of Service
Founded on 26 January 2018, the Lone Star Dragon Chapter was officially approved as a 501(c)3 non-profit on April 15, 2026. Our team bolsters the national Chemical Corps Regimental Association (CCRA) by championing professional excellence and deep camaraderie for our members, partners, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) units. By connecting military service with local civilian life, we work to ensure every Soldier and their family has access to the empowerment and essential support systems they truly deserve.
